Call for Organisation

Perspective:

We are living through a new world order. This includes a new philosophy and a new system in which the multinational industrial corporations have taken up the actual (if not nominal) governance of countries. It is both the cause and effect of the concentration of most of the wealth and power worldwide in the hands of a few. This is causing further alienation of the majority of the people from their basic rights of food, clothes, housing, health, education, liberty and a dignified living.
The global elites are dictating the terms of world agenda that are going to reshape our economy, structure of governance, social fabric and alter the ethos and principles in relation to public health and environmental safety.
The tightening grip of big corporations specially the medical industrial complex in connivance with the digital surveillance - finance capital complex, has unprecedented telling effects on our lives.
This new world order is now being put into force by way of subjugating the people to the designs of the multinational corporations in the name of health. Our country is one of the main stages of enactment of this new world order.
It is in this scenario that we call upon the members of all sections of our society to unite together to further our common cause.

Aims and objectives:

• We, the law abiding citizens of this country pledge to uphold the fundamental rights enshrined in our present constitution with respect to life, livelihood and civil liberties.
• We resolve to extend our solidarity to the individuals or organisations fighting against social, political or economic injustice being perpetrated in this paradigm, and those which were being perpetrated from the old paradigm.
• We pledge to campaign, organise and to increase mass awareness on the disastrous consequences of this paradigm specially in the health sector.
• We are against any sort of violence indulged by state and non-state actors.
• We are against any kind of discriminatory and divisive agenda.
• We shall adhere to our own agenda which shall be decided democratically inside the organization, and not allow any political party to further their agenda through our organisation.
• We promote integration of medical science into a comprehensive field of study, integrating thereby the indigenous ways of study which have been neglected and pushed into oblivion, with modern medical science. At the same time, we are opposed to fraudulent and unscientific methods of treatment, perpetrated by any state, quasi state and non-state organisations and fleecing of patients of their money by fraudulent practices.
• We promote research on any issue which has an impact on the health of the people. We pledge to publish the results of the research, in print or electronic format, for the use of the betterment of the lives of the people.
• We stand for, will campaign for, and demand that health care delivery system must be the responsibility of the state, with permission of only the ‘MSME’ (Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises) sector as an appendage to the state sector. We oppose monopoly of large capital in health or in any essential sectors of economy, like food, essential clothing, housing, and education.
• We stand for the right of the patients to choose from among the treatments available and / or to deny treatment. Also, we stand for the patients and their family if and when they suffer from medical negligence.
• We stand for science and technology that is applied for the good of mankind as a whole and a harmonious relation of mankind with its environment. We firmly oppose the application of the same which is fraudulent, discriminatory, abusive, oppressive and harmful for the people and their environment.
• We shall organize social and medical relief work as per the social needs and our capability.
• We shall liaison with any other organization on any common programme, as per the decision made inside our organization. In any such case, our organization will maintain its distinct entity with its distinct opinions and actions, even while undertaking the common programme.

Immediate Programmes:

• To extend assistance to the people who are being indirectly threatened or forced to take the COVID19 vaccine in the name of counselling by state and private parties in spite of the fact that the vaccine or any treatment as such is voluntary.
• To seek investigation, compensation and fight for compensation for those who sustain serious injuries or die following COVID19 vaccination.
• To demand “informed consent” being made mandatory before COVID 19 vaccination.
• To collect reliable data from the society in relation to Covid 19 vaccination and its effects for statistical analysis.
• To demand the end of all restrictions arising out of this COVID narrative decreed by the corporates and the state.
• To demand the end of all laws, rules and policies which have been decreed by the state on the people, undemocratically, without giving a proper scope of discussion among the people, and using the COVID restrictions to thwart resistance and even broad based discussions on these.
• To demand the unconstitutional use of the legal framework and the state machinery in the name of COVID restrictions.

 Membership:

Anyone who agrees with our understanding as stated above can join our organization as general member.

Formation of the executive committee will be done democratically as per the constitution.

Induction and expulsion of member will be dealt in detail in the constitution of our organisation.

Our Appeal:

We appeal to people from all walks of life to join the organisation as general members.
We will be conducting a conference soon to form an executive body and an advisory body, from the conference. The conference will deal with the perspective of formation of this organisation, our aims and objectives and the constitution.
